HNU | Centre for Media & User Experience

The Centre for Media & User Experience bundles research and teaching in media design, media content, user and usage behaviour. Work is conducted in close collaboration with actual companies.

The goals of the centre are to develop its partnerships with companies and contribute with the experience and findings it acquires from applied research to these partnerships. A further goal is to make the teaching even more practice-relevant. The centre has access to the usabilty laboratory and to the HNU image and sound laboratory and is in charge of both the technical and organisational aspects of both laboratories.

The professors Dr. Barbara Brandstetter, Dr. Andrea Kohlhase, Patricia Franzreb and Danny Franzreb have worked with companies intensively and successfully for many years as business consultants. They are supported by research assistant Jessica Gabb.
