ZfW | HNU Summer School
This certificated course focuses on the transformation of business and entrepreneurship due to digitalisation, the German economic system and management as well as aspects of international and intercultural management.
Course participants acquire a fundamental understanding of the key political and economic factors affecting enterprises based in Germany and the challenges associated with intercultural management.
They gain insights into business modelling in the age of digitalisation and German corporate practice and are able to analyse and interpret intercultural decision-making.
Specialists and managers from international organizations and Master’s students from our partner universities enrolled in programmes with a management focus.
Prerequisites for attending
Applicants for this certificated course must have at least two years of work experience, preferably in the field of international management, or be Master’s students from our partner universities enrolled in programmes with a management focus
Format and teaching
The course consists of a balanced mix of compact compulsory-attendance teaching modules, which include visits to organizations and companies, and self-study and transfer learning.
