Professors at Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences support energy supply project in Africa

The Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences (HNU) is working together with other Bavarian higher education institutes in a pilot project to develop the supply of energy in rural areas in Namibia. The objective is to improve the situation there in a sustainable fashion, using renewable energies. The project PROCEED, from the Bavarian Research Institute for Africa Studies (BRIAS), will receive funds of 1.23 million Euros from the Bavarian Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF) over the next three years.
