Studying International IT Management in Argentina, London or Finland? Application for international Master's programmes open until 15 October 2016

Neu-Ulm, 29.07.2016

Prospective students can apply for the Business Intelligence and Business Analytics and International Enterprise Information Management programmes of the HNU until 15 October 2016. Graduates of the two programmes, which include one semester at international universities, will have Masters of Science (M.Sc.).

Due to the increasing digitisation of business and society, professionals and executives are increasingly expected to possess in-depth expertise on how companies can use data analysis and management with business intelligence (BI) and big data software to detect potential opportunities and risks at an early stage and to optimise business processes. At the same time, proven international experience is also gaining in importance and is becoming a basic condition for successful professional development.
HNU offers two international Master's degree programmes which prepare students for the challenges of the "Working Environment 4.0". Both programmes are in English, and conclude in a Master of Science (M.Sc.), allowing the graduates to get a PhD afterwards.

In the Master's degree programme Business Intelligence and Business Analytics, students are taught business management, strategic management, IT expertise and leadership skills. As specialists and potential leaders in national and international companies, they will then be capable of planning and implementing innovative concepts and business intelligence strategies using the latest technologies. The programme includes a semester at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional Mendoza in Argentina.

International Enterprise Information Management prepares students for technical and management tasks in IT management. Students learn how information can be deployed as a business resource in companies and how to plan, implement, control and run the requisite information systems and technologies. International Management is also a key subject of the programme.
After completing the Master's degree programme, students are qualified to tackle tasks in business consulting, project management and IT controlling and to fill executive positions in IT management.
Through studying with international students and completing the integrated semester at the Oulu University of Applied Sciences in Finland or at the Kingston University near London, students acquire profound intercultural competences, preparing them for a career in the international labour market.

The application deadline for both Master's degree programmes is 15 October 2016.
Prospective students can submit their applications via the Applicant Online Portal Portal on the HNU website.
