Interface Between the HNU and the Public
As the first contact for journalists, the department of corporate communications cares about a varied scope of tasks. Apart from answering press inquiries, finding domain experts and organizing press conferences, the department accompanies media representatives from press, radio and TV on site.
Representing the university as an educational and research institution plays a significant role. Besides informing the public about news like events, research results, new courses of study, cooperation between the university and the economy as well as politico-educational topics, it is the department’s task to conceive and realize print- and online products and marketing activities. The corporate design plays an important role, as it enables the university a distinctive occurrence in public.
The department of corporate communications is responsible for the corporate design, takes care of a standardized appearance and organizes merchandise-products.
